I found the exact website of Mellow Touch (http://mellowtouch.co.kr/) however their website is only in the Korean language and it's hard to auto-translate, good thing I found more information on Amazon.
When I received the product the label at the back is all in Korean, which I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use it. There is a direction on how to use Coreelle's website however I'm not still confident as I'm not sure if Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment is a type of conditioner, hair mask or hair treatment. I did some research and check some other reviews on the Internet and YouTube and there is a review saying to use 3x a week other's they used it as a conditioner, so there is no definite answer. Until I found Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment in Amazon and they mentioned using 1x per week, for damaged hair 2-3x per week. Apply after shampooing and squeezing out excess water from hair. Apply a generous amount from scalp to ends until hair is thoroughly saturated. Massage gently into hair and scalp. Rinse hair after at least 5 minutes. I hope the information helps you as well.
Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment smells like baby mild soap, but when applied to my hair it doesn't have any smell. Which I really love because usually conditioners, hair masks and treatments have fragrance and I'm avoiding products that have fragrance. Fragrance causes allergic contact dermatitis and most of them contain phthalates, which is bad for our health. The texture is the same with conditioner white creamy substance. I've been using Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment for more than 2 weeks now and at first used I was really surprised how amazing the product is after I rinse it with water, my hair felt so smooth and when I brushed it using my fingers there is no tangle at all. I have long hair and hair fall and tangled hair is my problem but after using the Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment my hair falls lessened and tangled free. I've been using the Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment for 3x a week and it's my 2nd week and the result so far is amazing my hair is so soft, shiny and tangled free. I also noticed that my hair fall minimizes, I think I will get another bottle once it gets empty.

I can't find any other information for the product on the Internet, in the Mellow Touch website I can't also figure out the information as it is in the Korean language and I can't auto-translate. So, I am not sure if the Mellow Touch No Wash Protein Mist Hair Pack is a leave-on, heat protecting spray or styling product. However, one thing I'm sure of is that this product protects the hair from heat while using heat tools like hair straightening, blower or hair curler. So I guessed Mellow Touch No Wash Protein Mist Hair Pack is a heat protecting spray, I'm not actually using any heat tools nowadays but in the country where I am currently living it is always hot and humid and my hair is always exposed to heat from the sun so I still used the Mellow Touch No Wash Protein Mist Hair Pack.
I use it as what the Coreelle website advise, after towel drying, spray onto slightly wet hair. Apply from roots to tips and gently massage into hair with fingers. At first, I was so surprised by the texture of the product I honestly thought that it is a water substance mist but it's a white creamy-foamy in a spray bottle, smells like lavender lotion, when I used it and applied it to my hair it feels so smooth and tangled free even my hair is wet. My hair fall gets minimized since I'm using the Mellow Touch No Wash Protein Mist Hair Pack while combing my hair, I used to have an exaggerated dramatic hair fall. After using the product for two weeks now I find my hair not frizzy at all, I mean they look so bouncy and they are all in one place plus my hair feels so smooth.

The texture is creamy but foamy, it's like whip cream but with microbeads on it. The smell is mild it smells like Oreo vanilla dipped in milk. When I applied it to my face I just leave it for 10 minutes and I just don't get why there are microbeads since it's a Wash-Off Facial Mask, so after 10 minutes I just massage my face for a second and rinse it off with water. Results, my skin feels so soft and supple and I tried the Rice Wash-Off Facial Mask just once yet and I think it makes sense that I don't see any changes in the appearance of my skin. Maybe if I used it after a month I will see the difference, but now that's my take on it.
From all the products that I received from Coreelle, my favorite one is definitely the Mellow Touch Ultra Hair Repair Treatment. I am in love with this product because at first use I already see the changes, I am getting more of it once I emptied my bottle and it's the first hair product that really works on me.
